    The US-101-485 is a compact industrial USB to RS-485 converter designed for reliable serial communication in industrial environments. Featuring automatic data direction control, it enables smooth RS-485 half-duplex communication without the need for additional flow control signals. Built-in 15 kV ESD protection ensures stable operation even in harsh and high-noise electromagnetic conditions.
    With data transmission speeds up to 1 Mbps, the US-101-485 supports multi-drop RS-485 network architectures and is well suited for integration with PLCs, HMIs, sensors, and other legacy RS-485 devices. Powered directly via USB with no external power required, it supports Windows, Linux, and macOS operating systems, making it an ideal communication solution for industrial automation and system integration applications.

    The US-101-485 features a user-friendly interface, including a USB Type-A port for data and power input, RS-485/422 serial I/O terminal block, termination DIP switches, and a red SYS LED power indicator. Powered directly via a 5V USB connection (500mA), it simplifies setup by eliminating the need for external adapters. The termination switch enhances long-distance communication stability, and the LED indicators provide immediate system status visibility.
